Last week I had the pleasure of making Laura & Tim some gorgeous cupcakes and a wedding cake to match their 'Lemon & Lace' affair. The day was perfect and went off without a hitch at the beautiful Wise Winery down south. Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs!! xox

Cupcake Day for the RSPCA

Monday 15th August - Cupcake Day for the RSPCA 2011 - another successful year celebrated with a variety of luscious new flavours: Choc Mint, Choc Fudge with Peanut Butter frosting, Carrot & Walnut (my fav!), Red Velvet, Passionfruit Meringue and Coconut & Mango. A big thanks to Karen for all her help in the Kitchen - a massive 15 dozen cupcakes were baked in 6 hours! Thanks to all at SRK Consulting, Epic Espresso & PFI for donating - all proceeds went to the RSPCA to help our fury little friends.

Cupcakes delivered for Easter

Two days and six dozen cupcakes later, variety packs were delivered just in time for the Easter long weekend. Delicious flavours included: Mocha, Honeycomb, Lemon Meringue, Lime & Coconut, Strawberry Shortcake & Tropical. Enjoy!
